Deposits
Non refundable and do not transfer no matter the situation.
Payments
Cash, Zelle or Debit/Credit
Afterpay is available for services $150 & up with a charge of 7%
$4 fee for Debit/Credit
$8 fee for Debit/Credit with services that are $200 & up
Late Policy
You have a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes your appointment may be cancelled.
No call no show and you will not be able to book again.
If you can’t make your appointment and you are outside of the reschedule time frame, you still owe 100% of your balance that day. I will not reschedule you for the same day.
Reschedule up to 48 hrs for regular services and 72 hours for color services
This covers my loss of revenue due to your absence.
If the funds are not available you will not be able to book again.

Hair color
New clients are required to book a consultation for color no matter the length of your hair.
Current clients can talk to me at your appointment to discuss options
Current clients who have received color by me can book an All Inclusive Haircut & Color when you are ready for color again.
If you are not deposit ready do not book a consultation.
At your consultation you can book out as far as 2 weeks.
Wait to book your consultation if you want color done beyond 2 weeks
After 2 weeks if you have not come in for your color service you will need a new deposit
Disputes
Once you receive a service payment is required.
If you do not like your hair, you need to tell me that while you are in my chair.
This allows me to fix your concern.
Once you leave, I will not fix your hair.
I keep track of everything and will provide adequate documentation in a dispute.
Hair Anxiety/Client issues
If you are a nervous person please try to soothe yourself before your appointment to ensure a comfortable experience for us both. Also, feel free to let me know you have anxiety.
If you have an emotional reason for cutting your hair, let me know at the beginning of the appointment. That way I can be sure to handle the situation properly.
